This year in the whole world there were 6, 927,437 deaths caused by
cancer and sexually transmitted diseases (AIDS in particular).
According to the data of the American Cancer Society and the
International
Agency of Cancer Research (IARC), in 2007 5, 4 mln of cancer diseases
were indentified in countries with high standards of living, where 2,9
mln of people died, and 6,7 mln of cancer diseases were indentified and
4,7 mln of people died in developing countries.
The scientiests pointed out that in economically developed countries
three most prevalent cancer types among men are prostate tumor,
carcinoma of lung, gastric carcinoma, among women - breast cancer,
cervical carcinoma, gastric carcinoma. In the developing countries, in
most cases, men are ill with such cancer types as carcinoma
of lung, gastric and liver carcinoma, and women
- breast cancer, cervical carcinoma, gastric carcinoma. About
15 % of all cancer causes are connected with infection according to
epidemiologists. But according to scientists, the main causes of cancer
are smoking, abuse of fat surrogate food in combination with low
physical activity. There are various methods of cancer
treatement such as surgery, irradiation, chemotherapy, hormonal
treatement, specific inhibitors, antibodies, vaccines and of course
those of alternative medicine.
Today there are millions of people all over the world live with a
diagnosis of sexually transmitted diseases. The most dangerous among
them is Aids which still remains uncurable. You can be infected with
std's having a sex without condoms, taking blood transfusion. Std's are
tarnsmitted by means of blood, sperm, vaginal discharge and mother's
milk but by means of other body fluids (except cases connected with
syphilis) . Everyone should know how to prevent std's - don't take
drugs, have any sexual promiscuity especially without condoms, conduct
healthy lifestyle and go in for sports.
